What you will do Design and implement backend services for an incident-automation platform, including telemetry processing and orchestration. Evolve the system architecture toward a modular, event-driven, and scalable backend platform. Build and maintain reliable integrations with charger telemetry, ticketing systems, and customer-facing components. Improve workflow reliability, idempotency, retry mechanisms,



and state management.
