Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility‐scale solar plants Build and maintain relationships with asset owners,



IPPs and investors Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings Support project handover from O&M; Sales to execution of O&M; contracts Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross‐selling opportunities within existing accounts Stay updated on regulatory, technological, and market developments in the solar PV sector Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure. 3 – 7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments (energy, services, industrial, or similar sectors).
