Overview Directly reporting to the Group IT Security Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Security function, leading and coordinating Cyber Security (IT and OT) initiatives across the Group. Responsibilities Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program. Drive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, coordinating with the IT team, other functions and suppliers. Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments. Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks. Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs). Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects. Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders. Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization. Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Qualifications Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related fields. 4+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Security in international environments or consulting firms. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. Experience with security by design, security architectures and cloud security (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S). Experience with security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and risk management. Familiarity with security tools and technologies (NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filtering, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM). Enthusiasm for staying up to date with Cyber Security trends and best practices. Professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus. Fluent in Italian and English. Location Verona #J-18808-Ljbffr
