To support the continued growth of HYROX Italy, we are looking for a Junior Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan. As our Junior Accountant you will play a key role in elevating the quality and efficiency of our financial operations in Italy. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager Italy, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks while supporting the wider team during critical closing periods. This is an ideal role for a motivated graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a solid foundation in finance within a fast-paced, international sports brand.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Operations: Record and monitor financial transactions within our accounting system to ensure data integrity.
Transactional Support: Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,



ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
Financial Processing: Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.
Closing Activities: Assist the Senior Finance Manager with monthly and yearly closing activities to ensure compliance and transparency.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations across our Italian business.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: You hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Mindset: You are detail-oriented, structured, and driven by a desire to improve the quality of financial work.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and comfort working with financial software.
Languages: C-Level English and Italian.
Communication: A collaborative team player who can communicate financial information effectively within the organization.
