Facilitate timely and secure delivery of clinical trial material, ancillary study supplies and devices to clinical sites in collaboration with suppliers, local depot, customs brokers, couriers, and GSK teams. Oversee vendors managing local clinical supplies storage and supply distribution. Maintain knowledge of importation and distribution requirements per local regulations and manufacturer requirements. Implement improvements to local processes to drive timely delivery and reliability of supply.



Coordinate with the TMF documentation team on document preparation, tracking-system updates, and filing.
Support execution of Confidentiality Agreements, Conflict of Interest forms and Data Privacy Notices. Budget Development and Negotiation: Lead budget development and negotiation with the site or supplier, ensuring fair market value and cost optimization while minimizing risk. Serve as a consultant/expert resource for study budget development and related systems/tools, including identifying cost variances and opportunities for cost avoidance. Ensure TMF completeness for all budget and contracting activities.
Financial analysis, Forecasting and Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payments to investigator sites/vendors as per contracts. Set up, input, and manage payment schedules within dedicated systems.
