Role Overview Reporting to the Cluster Head of Sales OFF, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Sea Freight Forwarding activities in Italy, in close collaboration with France, Spain, and Yusen's global network. In this role,



you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio. You will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop Sea Freight Forwarding business including B2 B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth. Manage and retain a client portfolio by offering customized solutions. Build and negotiate commercial offers in collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders. Drive cross-selling initiatives with other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services. Work closely with operations to optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends. Monitor commercial performance including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results. Support the operational implementation of flows and SOPs with
