Overview Lead Project Engineer – Centrifugal Pumps. Lead and coordinate project engineering activities for centrifugal pump packages. Serve as the primary technical interface with the customer and ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution of all engineering activities for centrifugal pump projects. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project engineering activities for centrifugal pump packages. Act as the primary technical interface with customers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders. Define and technically manage complete mechanical systems, including: Centrifugal pumps Steam turbines / electric motors Gearboxes, clutches, couplings Lube oil and seal systems Skid-mounted packages Control and monitor project engineering budget, scope, and technical risks. Review, approve, and manage project and vendor documentation (datasheets, drawings, P&IDs;, reports); ensure documentation quality and traceability aligned with contractual and customer requirements. Support manufacturing, assembly, testing (FAT), and troubleshooting as required. Plan, monitor,



and control the project engineering budget, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project financial targets. Identify opportunities for cost optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent from an accredited university or college. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role. Proven experience in managing complex projects. Oil & gas sector experience preferred. Proficiency in global project management standards and processes. Team player with good communication skills; fluency in English and Italian. Availability to travel internationally to visit customers or company locations.
