Job Description Constance Ephelia, our luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a highly organised and efficient IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's information technology infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our IT operations, working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to deliver innovative solutions and maintain our technological excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.



Provide first‐line technical support to staff and guests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues with patience and professionalism. Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and asset inventories. Monitor IT systems and infrastructure, identifying potential issues proactively and proposing effective solutions. Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Coordinate staff induction and training sessions on new IT systems, software, and procedures. Manage IT ticketing systems, prioritising requests and tracking resolution times to ensure excellent service delivery.
