What You Will Enjoy Doing In this role you lead the local engineering team with 4 direct reports, ensuring reliable delivery, clear structures, and efficient processes You provide strategic and hands‐on engineering leadership to the Novara manufacturing site You lead new product introduction (NPI) and process industrialization, ensuring strong alignment with customer commitments, timelines, and business objectives You drive accurate costing and technical estimation for new and existing opportunities, ensuring competitive and commercially viable solutions You act as a key technical interface with sales and customers, interpreting specifications, providing expert guidance, and building strong relationships You support customer audits, site visits, and validation activities, including preparation of product substantiation and qualification reports You collaborate with leadership and business development teams to identify growth opportunities and expand scope You promote a continuous improvement mindset,
