specifically in the Customer Support & Service organizational unit, we are looking for a Contract Manager for our Pomigliano d'Arco office.
Ensures the management of contracts within their competence;
Provides support in defining and preparing simplification clauses for contractual management;
Provides the necessary input for customer invoicing;
Supports the internal kick-off of assigned contracts;
Prepares documentation for obtaining import/export licenses, in accordance with current regulations;
Ensures the formal handover of stipulated contracts, disseminating relevant contractual elements to all interested organizational units;
Ensures, in coordination with the relevant ILS Manager, the alignment of operational planning with contractual requirements and verifies the acceptability of deliveries by the Customer;
Provides input for the preparation, updating and monitoring of the Budget and Commercial Plan;
