Role Description
The Knowledge Systems Engineer is a full‐time, hybrid role based in Milan or EMEA, with flexibility for partial/full work from home.
In this position, the individual will design, implement, and maintain knowledge‐driven systems that power SinAura's autonomous agents and industrial workflows. Day‐to‐day responsibilities include analyzing technical documentation and machine data, modeling system behaviors, and integrating knowledge artifacts into the AriaPLTTM platform. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of deployed solutions. The Knowledge Systems Engineer will also work closely with industry experts and field teams to capture domain knowledge, refine diagnostic and decision logic, and support technical operations across customer environments.
