Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will lead HSE efforts for the M Renewables team in Milan, aligning site safety with client requirements and our bespoke safety culture. You'll implement HSE management systems to meet legal obligations, drive training, and oversee risk management across projects. You will coordinate construction-site activities, ensure accurate reporting, and navigate local regulations with leadership. This is a chance to shape safety practices across renewables projects while partnering with cross-functional teams for sustainable delivery.Benefits

- Manage risk management system and conduct/coordinate risk assessments
- Direct the Head Site Manager on local regulations

Responsibilities
- 5+ years proven HSE experience in related field, preferably renewables
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to multi-task xrdztoy and work independently
- Working knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel to project sites
