The Sales Manager is responsible for developing Autel's Smart Energy business in Italy by identifying opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and growing long-term partnerships. The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure‐related industries, and the ability to operate independently in the Italian market within a fast‐growing international environment.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Italy
- Build and execute a structured Italian market development strategy
- Develop relationships with Italian CPOs, utilities, energy companies, fleet operators, EPCs, OEMs,



distributors, and strategic infrastructure investors
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with Italy growth targets

Key Account Management
- Build long‐term relationships with strategic customers and decision makers
- Understand customer business models, investment strategies, and operational requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations from opportunity identification through contract signature
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while maximizing long‐term business potential

Solution Sales
- Develop value‐based commercial proposals combining technical and business benefits
- Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable AC and DC charging solutions
- Coordinate with Product Management, Technical Sales, Service, and Project Management to deliver customer solutions
