As a Senior Project Engineer, you will bring strong expertise in both Machinery and Plant solutions, combined with a genuine passion for teamwork and cross‐functional collaboration.
The CTS Engineering portfolio includes a diverse range of execution projects such as: Geothermal ORC units, emission abatement systems, high‐temperature industrial heat pumps,



hydrogen generation and marine propulsion systems, power generation for data centers, and complex turbomachinery packages for H2, CO2, syngas, and ammonia compression.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership for assigned projects, working closely with multiple engineering teams and coordinating all technical activities to ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets.
You will act as a key interface between customer needs and engineering execution, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across technical departments and suppliers. Your role will be critical in ensuring that designs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
You will also be responsible for managing technical aspects involving engineering partners, including subcontracting and construction activities when required.
