Internship – HR Administration
We offer a hands‑on internship in HR administrative activities, supporting core processes such as employment documentation and internship agreements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage internship agreements and employment offers.
- Draft and manage commitment letters and hiring letters.
- Maintain HR documentation and perform data entry.
- Ensure deadlines are respected.
- Maintain professional attitude and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Use MS Office proficiently.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset.
- High accuracy, organisational skills, and proactive approach.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for a dynamic structured environment.
