As a Project Management Specialist – Project Planning, you will collaborate with others to build the best solutions for our business. You will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project‐related activities and resources.

Key Responsibilities Creating project plans, providing target dates and timing baseline to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, ensuring accurate integration into the project planning scenario.




Ensuring other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and that relevant documents are available for the customer.
Maintaining the progress and main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicating updates to the manager, colleagues and other functional managers.
Contributing to project execution as a project team member or leading small projects.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams or initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem‐identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Good knowledge of O365 apps (very good at MS Excel, experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow). Knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous.
