The Project Management Specialist - Project Planning will be collaborating with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing base line to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and relevant documents are available for the customer.




- Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicate updates to his/her manager as well as colleagues and other functional managers.
- Contributing to project execution as a project team member or leading small projects.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams/initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle
