As a Member Of Smartness’ Sales Team For The Italian Market. 1 Hospitality Software In The Region. You Will Participate In Both In-person And Remote Training Sessions. You Will Support The Sales Team In The Expansion Of Smartness In The Italian Market Through Activities Of
Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing.
Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market




Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing premio plan.
Italian as a mother tongue.
Good English skills B2 level - We are an international company, we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
Data-driven thinking- you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.
Desire to learn - you are willing to receive on the field coaching sessions and you are eager to read books on how to improve your sales skills. Training can take place in-person or remotely. Experience in the role - you have at least 6 - 12 months previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) where you brilliantly exceeded your sales targets.
