As a Senior Project Engineer you will bring strong expertise in both Machinery and Plant solutions, combined with a genuine passion for teamwork and cross‐functional collaboration. The CTS Engineering portfolio includes a diverse range of execution projects such as: geothermal ORC units, emission abatement systems, high‐temperature industrial heat pumps, hydrogen generation and marine propulsion systems, power generation for data centres, and complex turbomachinery packages for H2, CO2, syngas, and ammonia compression.
Key Responsibilities Drive a customer‐focused approach and ensure excellence in project execution.
Coordinate all engineering functions and departments involved in the design process and ITO offer preparation when demanded.
Apply and promote best practices such as FMEAs, design reviews, and technical risk management.




Collaborate with functional managers to define and achieve realistic and ambitious project goals.
Manage intellectual property and technical knowledge within the project scope.
Lead technical activities, including subcontracting and construction activities when required.
Contribute to feasibility studies, FEED studies and complex proposals requiring multidisciplinary engineering input.
Qualifications BSc. or MSc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy or Nuclear Engineering.
Very good experience in a technical role.
Proven experience as Project Engineer, Engineering Discipline coordinator.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy / Heavy Industry applications both for machinery and plant solutions.
Very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
Fluent in English, written and verbally.
Knowledge of IET Products and solutions is advantageous.
