To support activities assigned with the scope of Roma Plant continuous improvement applied in the Technical Service area with special focus on the processes tire building, tire quality and uniformity. Able to manage for new products, tire spec evaluation to prevent defects and quality issue with focus on industrialization phase.




The final objective is to improve product quality, reduce waste and optimize the machine setup of the Rome plant/advanced workshop through the systematic application of data based methodologies/process improvement evaluations and setup standardization to ensure full compliance with the requirements of BS standards with the ultimate goal of achieving superior quality throughout the value chain.
Support Roma Plant/Advanced Workshop processes applied in the manufacturing.
Follow up of operators training on TS perspective.
Technical Service support to new process
Develop measurement technologies, control strategies, information systems, and methods that achieve ambitious target.
Develop and implement inspection tools/methods to evaluate tire quality.
Problem solving based on data analysis/product verification; Risk reduction, Continuous Improvement
Perform root cause analysis of TS issues using advanced problem-solvi
