Genesys is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect to join the Global Security COE SPC to support customer assurance engagements for Genesys Cloud. This role is customer‐facing, hands‐on, and focuses on audits, assessments, and evidence‐based engagements, working with Sales, Engineering and Product Security.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; you will explain the security posture to enterprise customers, partners, and auditors worldwide and help shape cloud security architecture
