We are looking for an

ADMISSIONS PROFESSIONAL

for our SDA Bocconi Guidance, Recritment & Admissions Office.

The overall goal is running the rigorous selection and admissions processes for the Master Programs offered by SDA Bocconi, guaranteeing candidates a professional yet welcoming touchpoint while managing all steps and procedures in an effective, punctual and precise way.

The person will be in charge of:

Managing the selection process (procedures+interviews) for the entrusted Masters
Carrying administrative admissions activities




Supporting orientation activities
Dealing with candidates and companies
Actively cooperating with Masters Directors for all matters involved with the admissions of candidates
Being the interface with all internal stakeholders for all matters involved with the admissions to the entrusted Masters
Producing analysis and reports on admissions activities and suggesting innovation

And more specifically:

Interviewing candidates and evaluating candidates’ profile;
Verifying and evaluating documentation and prerequisites for Master candidates; operational support in organizing and conducting the selection; operational activities linked to final assessments and communicating the outcomes to candidates; enrollment assistance;
Running administrative admissions activities;
Managing student registration, waivers and reimbursements; handling economic stimulus packages (exemptions, scholarships and loans);
