This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line for Eddyfi RMS, which supports clients in rail, construction and mining worldwide. Responsibilities Raise sales orders and coordinate with Operations and customers after orders are placed. Communicate with customers regarding shipping processes, confirmations and additional information required. Check and audit quotations, sales orders and purchase orders for compliance with commercial guidelines. Oversee purchase order insurance requirements. Work with the Finance Team to track late payments and keep the Business Development system updated. Produce reports for sales and operational metrics. Update and distribute sales process and sales‐support documentation. Serve as a key link between Operations and Business Development teams. Provide support to the Business Development team with information on outstanding or previous orders. Complete supplier forms and keep customer information up‐to‐date. Distribute price lists and maintain accurate recipient records. Maintain customer records in CRM and ERP systems.



Qualifications Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Fluent in English and Italian. Competent with CRM and ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication and customer‐service skills. Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. Experience working within global and remote teams. Proficiency in a third language is an asset. Possession of a certification as a beneficiary under Law 68/99 is required.
