Experteer Overview In this role you drive policy and advocacy initiatives to support access to innovation and healthcare system sustainability in Italy. You'll shape policy content, engage national and regional stakeholders, and align actions with Bayer's Market Access strategy. You collaborate with cross‐functional teams to inform access and launch strategies and contribute to multi‐stakeholder initiatives. You'll work at national and regional levels to influence policy, HTA, and NHS sustainability while advancing Bayer's institutional objectives.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define and implement Policy & Advocacy priorities aligned with portfolio and access needs
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments (AIFA, Ministry of Health, Parliament, Regions) and assess impacts
- Develop policy content and key messages on topics like innovation, HTA, regional access, and NHS sustainability
- Manage relationships with national and regional institutional stakeholders
- Participate in institutional meetings, working groups, and advisory boards with MIART Head




- Support engagement with patient associations, scientific societies, and industry associations
- Draft policy briefs, position papers, legislative analyses, and institutional documentation
- Prepare contributions for public consultations, hearings, and advocacy initiatives
- Collect and analyze clinical, economic, and healthcare system evidence
- Manage Policy & Advocacy projects at national and regional levels, including educational initiatives, policy forums, and public‐private partnerships
- Collaborate on multi‐stakeholder initiatives in areas of shared interest
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with access priorities and institutional objectives
- Coordinate with Value Access, Medical Affairs, Communications, Commercial, and Nucleus Community teams
- Provide regulatory insights to support access and launch strategies
- Prepare updates, presentations, and reports for national and international management
