We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Corporate team in Milan. You'll represent Italian and foreign corporations and investment funds, and also entrepreneurs and private clients, in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. - Assist Italian and multinational companies in domestic and cross‐border M&A; and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions.
- Provide assistance to domestic and foreign companies in domestic and cross‐border transactions.




- Assist Italian and foreign investors and shareholders with respect to proper corporate governance and the negotiation and execution of shareholders' agreements.

Qualifications
- Graduated with excellent academic marks and admitted to the Italian Bar.
- 4-5 years PQE, with appropriate legal knowledge and experience to undertake this role.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English.
- Service‐minded, organized, able to meet deadlines.
- Positive mentality with a "can‐do" attitude.
- Desire to achieve excellence and openness to daily learning in a changing environment.
