Overview Job Title: IIG IGT-D Zone Business Leader (Director). Location ideally in Milan, Italy, with regular travel to Philips offices, customers and meetings. This is a senior leadership role within the Italy, Israel and Greece (IIG) IGTD Zone, responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across the Cardiology portfolio in Italy, Israel, Greece, Cyprus and Malta. This position reports to the market leadership team and leads a high-performing commercial organization, partnering with customers, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities Define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Cardiology portfolio across Italy, Israel, Greece, Cyprus and Malta, ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) by partnering with Business, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective market launches.
Build strong partnerships with Business Marketing and Sales leadership to align strategic priorities and accelerate business performance.




Drive commercial excellence by identifying opportunities to grow market share, improve customer engagement, and achieve sustainable business growth.
Foster relationships with key customers, channel partners, healthcare professionals, and cardiology societies to strengthen Philips' market position.
Lead development and execution of market strategies that create customer value while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Promote operational excellence by applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to simplify processes and improve execution.
Ensure effective planning, prioritization and execution of objectives, meeting timelines and performance targets.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial organization through talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee development.
