What Will You Do? ?

As a Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist, you will join Smartads, one of Smartness' newest and fastest-growing business units. Smartads helps accommodation providers increase their direct bookings through highly effective digital advertising campaigns and advanced conversion tracking. As one of the first members of this team, you'll play a fundamental role in scaling the service while delivering measurable business value to our clients.

As Part Of Your Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

Client Onboarding & Technical Tracking:



You will manage the onboarding of new clients by implementing reliable end-to-end conversion tracking across websites and booking engines. You'll ensure every account is correctly configured from the beginning, allowing campaigns to generate accurate data and enabling clients to measure every booking generated through our advertising activities.
Campaign Strategy & Management: You will plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Working closely with each client, you'll develop strategies tailored to their business objectives, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend while increasing direct bookings.
Performance Optimization: You'll continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement through audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, budget optimization and experimentation. Your goal is to generate measura
