We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the order-to-delivery process. The role is critical in coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics, and Planning) to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Production) Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or potential issues Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in ERP systems Coordinate with production planning to align customer requirements with manufacturing schedules Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims,
