Overview
Adecco Contact Center, division of Adecco Group specialized in customer care and multi‐channel contact management. We partner with leading companies in the automotive sector. This role is for a part‐time customer care and back office associate involved in the support of customers and garages regarding camper vehicles.
Responsibilities
Provide support and solutions to customers via telephone, email and other channels.
Handle inbound calls and assist with vehicle management issues.
Communicate with customers and garages for back‐office procedures.
Respond to inquiries through email and phone.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives.
Requirements
Fluent German, excellent comprehension.
Good communication skills and telephone customer handling.
Proficient in computer tools and multi‐channel contact solutions.




Preferable prior experience in customer service or contact center.
Availability to work shifts between 8:00 and 19:00, Monday‐Friday.
Immediate availability for video interviews and start of activity.
Compensation & Conditions
Location: Vimodrone (Milano).
Contract: temporary assignment, 4 months with possibility of extension.
Salary: €1650 gross per 40 hours, based on CCNL Telecomunicazioni 3rd level.
Category: impiegato.
Work mode: >50% lavoro da remoto (6 days/month on site) with reliable internet connection required.
