Mosaic Conseil operates as a boutique remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding business artifacts one file at a time. We take things apart on the bench and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. Our work is personal, focused, and evidence-based. We do not produce slide decks or work on standing retainers. Instead, we return the same artifacts clients send us, redrawn by hand and supported by written arguments. Currently, our workshop is focused on a significant engagement with a major Italian infrastructure group, helping them audit and rebuild their financial oversight and project reporting tools.

About Mosaic Conseil
We are a small, remote firm that prioritizes deep work and precision. We focus on four specific sectors: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems. By staying small and fully remote, we remain independent and focused on the actual data at the floor of the business. Every file we produce carries two names: one person who builds and one who argues against what was built.



This ensures that every assumption is tested before a file is closed and sent to the client. We do not have juniors in the traditional sense, and we do not have meetings that are not strictly necessary and scheduled. The people who do the work also answer the phone, ensuring direct communication and accountability.

What you would do
In this role, you will help build and maintain the digital artifacts that communicate our findings. This is an internship focused on the intersection of web technology and business logic. You will help create the web-based environments that host our written arguments and financial models for our clients, including the major Italian infrastructure group we are currently supporting.
Develop and refine web-based tools for displaying financial data and project timelines.
Ensure digital artifacts are clean, accessible, and focus on the data provided.
Help translate structural business
