We are seeking a Finance Analyst to strengthen our financial planning and analysis function, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, turning financial and operational data into insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role for an analytical, numbers-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to see the direct impact of their work on a rapidly scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

Own the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing/reporting cycles
Build and maintain financial models, including P&L;, cash flow, and scenario analysis
Track and analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway)
Prepare management reporting and support the production of board and investor materials
Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
Support fundraising, due diligence,



and ad hoc strategic finance projects

Join Us If

1 – 3 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models with strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills; comfortable working with large datasets
Familiarity with Salesforce
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

Experience in high-growth startups and scale-ups
Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A; processes
Knowledge of BI tools, or ERP systems
Exposure to international finance operations or cross-border reporting
