Your Tasks

Support of the recruiting software
Implementation of a professional recruiting process
Various tasks in employee support (employee development and idea development in cooperation with the management)
Close cooperation with the management and our team leaders
Contact person for all matters relating to the Sonnwies team (support of approx. 90-100 employees)
Support in the organization and implementation of training courses
Creation of contracts, certificates, statistics and other documents
Preparatory tasks for payroll accounting
Monitoring and assisting with operational activities
HR marketing: portal maintenance; social media; agencies
HR admin: onboarding, offboarding; administration of the digital time recording system
Ensuring effective communication within the hotel

Your Profile

High school diploma, and possible experience in the hospitality industry
Very good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office programs)
Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English (other languages an advantage)




You are familiar with the ASAj reservation program (optional)
A reliable and structured way of working
Good organizational skills and a strong team spirit
Resistant to stress and able to work under pressure
Openness to new ideas and a competent approach to challenges
Openness and flexibility
Empathy and strong communication skills
