Responsabilità
Take responsibility for the recruitment life cycle for different type of positions, from junior to senior roles (from analyzing the requirements and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates)
Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage,
and onboarding
Deliver a first class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers
Be pro‐active in identifying new candidates for new positions across Italy with also proactive search through our channels
Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents
Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position
Satisfy applications on the staff recruiting within the established terms
Job briefing and job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels
Take part together with the team in different events such as jobs fairs; company's open door days, conferences etc.
Requisiti
1/2 anni di esperienza di recruiting in IT ma anche Business e Consulting (preferibilmente in digital, banking e consultancy firms)
Esperienza di sourcing ricca usando fonti tradizionali e non tradizionali come database, reti, job boards, social media
