Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Group Talent Management team. At Generali, people are at the heart of our business and this internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in Group Talent Management, working in an international environment and supporting initiatives that help identify, develop and accelerate people across the organization.
Responsabilità
Contributing to key Talent Management processes across the Group, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Talent KPIs and Strategic Sourcing activities
Preparing data analysis, reports and presentations on key populations, such as senior leaders and high‐potential profiles, ensuring accuracy and high‐quality outputs




Supporting the organization and preparation of meetings and working sessions with the Global HR Community
Contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives focused on people development, career acceleration and engagement
Collaborating with different stakeholders across countries and functions, gaining exposure to a global and dynamic HR environment
Requisiti
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Economics or a related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent proficiency in English
Analytical skills and attention to detail

Proactive, hands‐on and willing to take ownership
Ready to challenge themselves and go the extra mile when needed
