EMERGENCY ONG ETS is seeking a Field HR Manager for a new Chad project. The role requires excellent knowledge of French and an availability of at least 6 months starting from August 2026.
You will establish and develop the local HR function, align policies with local regulations, and support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development on site.
