About the Role We are seeking a hands-on IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract. This is an on-site role requiring fluency in both Italian and English. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and service delivery operations across the site. The role demands flexibility, as occasional coverage during extended hours, weekends, and holidays will be required.
Responsibilities Hardware Support: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Software Support: Install, configure, and resolve issues with operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.
Network Support: Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, and basic network troubleshooting.
User Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes,



including account provisioning, access rights, and equipment allocation/retrieval.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service delivery.
Incident & Request Management: Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests via ServiceNow (familiarization with the platform is required).
Meeting Room Support: Ensure AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and meeting room technology are fully operational.
Country & Site-Specific Support: Provide localized IT support tailored to regional requirements and compliance standards.
Project Capitalization & CapEx Closure: Assist in tracking IT asset expenditures, project capitalization, and closure of capital expenditure activities.
Asset Upgrade Management: Coordinate and execute hardware re
