Culligan Group , a leading international company in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Internal Communications Specialist (Maternity leave) . We are looking for an dynamic Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that engage employees, strengthen company culture, and support business objectives. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication across all levels of the organization, while acting as a bridge with italy external communication and global teams.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goals
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content (emails, newsletters, intranet update, presentations, videos)
Produce multimedia content and support visual storytelling using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and change management programs




Collaborate closely with the External Communication team to ensure message alignment and consistency across internal and external audiences
Localize and adapt global communication initiatives, campaigns, and assets to ensure relevance for the local market
Support leadership communications (e.g., Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness (engagement, open rates, feedback) and optimize accordingly
Coordinate internal events and company-wide communication moments
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
~2+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
~ Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
~ Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar)
