Radiotherapy is delivered as 45 Gy in 15 fractions over three weeks. Throughout the study, participants undergo regular imaging with CT-PET scans and brain MRI for staging and response assessment. Researchers monitor treatment efficacy over 60 months by evaluating survival and response rates, along with tolerability and side effects.
