Oversee all operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end to end project execution Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance. Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and drive results. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the PE firm. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
