This is a strategic leadership role requiring someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive design vision across multi‐team initiatives.You will design workflows for developer onboarding, monetization, compliance, and partner integrations that impact millions of developers globally through the Amazon Developer Portal. Ideal candidates bring experience designing complex workflows in regulated or compliance‐driven environments – whether in enterprise/B2B platforms (developer tools, SaaS, partner portals) or B2C industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or insurance. and conditional logic flows in complex enterprise systemsPartner with engineering on technical architecture and feasibilitySupport Device Design Core UX initiatives for Fire TV and Fire Tablet as neededAbout the teamThe Core UX Team plays a critical role in accelerating collaboration between designers, engineers, researchers, and product managers across Amazon's device ecosystem.
