In this role, you will support the implementation ofcutting-edge chemical processes across large-scale capital projects. You will collaborate with project teams,
Project Managers, and Program Managers to optimize processes, ensure safety and compliance, and improve productivity and cost efficiency across our globalmanufacturing operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will be directly involved in: /pulliCollaborating with Project Managers to define and implement chemical processes on large capital projects. /liliDeveloping and documenting technology best practices, process designs, and equipment specifications. /liliProviding expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and the implementation of proven technologies. /liliAssisting in the creation of Process Design Packages and other project documentation. /liliSupporting the implementation of EHS and Process Safety standards across manufacturing plants. /liliUsing engineering tools for process modeling, equipment sizing, and hazard analysis. /liliEnsuring the successful execution of projects by meeting cost, quality, and safety objectives. /liliProviding ongoing technical support for existing and new manufacturing plants, focusing on process optimization andtechnology implementation. /liliDeveloping training materials and documentation for engineering best practices. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibQualifications /b /liliBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. /liliExperience in chemical process design and optimization, especially for large-scale projects. /liliProficiency in process engineering tools, process modeling, and hazard analysis. /liliStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /liliKnowledge of Process Safety principles and EHS regulations. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and Italian (Rho) or German (Rheinmunster) or Franch (Saint Avoid) /liliExperience with project management processes and ability to teach or mentor others. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
