In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C‐SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective customer support through multiple channelsDiagnose and resolve technical and account‐related issuesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experienceWork towards individual and team performance targetsRequirementsNative‐level German (minimum C1)
