ppbStrategic Staffing Solutions International client /b – a leading global electronics manufacturer with nearly a century of innovation behind them – is looking for a bFinancial Accountant /b who will be responsible for managing core financial processes for Company's Italian entity, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, and Financial Reporting. /ppThe role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal departments, the shared service center, and international entities to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting. /ph3About the job: /h3pAccounts Payable: /pulliProcess and review supplier invoices (EU and Non-EU). /liliMonitor open purchase orders, reconcile AP accruals, and manage AP letters of exemption. /liliResolve invoice and tax code discrepancies. /liliCoordinate weekly payments and Intrastat monthly filings. /liliManage the local AP email inbox and provide backup support for invoice booking. /li /ulpIntercompany /pulliReconcile intercompany balances and manage cash transfers. /liliSupport intercompany accounts payable reconciliations and month-end close.



/liliCommunicate with other Company's entities and the corporate treasury team. /liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including accruals and statutory financial statements. /liliEnsure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests. /liliMaintain accurate control documentation and support internal control reviews. /liliWork closely with the shared service center, banks, employees, and management to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. /li /ulh3About you: /h3ulliDegree in a financial field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar). /lili1+ years of experience in accounts payable, intercompany processes, and general ledger. /liliExperience in manufacturing environments and reporting. /liliProficient in English (written and spoken) and Italian (written and spoken). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
