The opportunity:We are looking to recruit a talented Delivery Lead to join our team.RAL: 62K-78K and 4K retention packResponsibilitiesLead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards; Actively contribute to delivery when needed (including hands-on coding) to help the team meet deadlines and objectives; Collaborate with clientsto deeply understand functional and technical needs, translating them into roadmaps and actionable solutions; Develop strong, persuasive technical and commercial proposals; Monitor project progressto ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance; Engage with internal andexternal stakeholders to proactively manage risks, priorities, requirements, and deviations; Plan and coordinate activities across multiple teams, managing capacity, workloads, dependencies, and resources; Lead up to 25 people, balancing technical guidance, individual growth, and team performance; Identify and address both technical and non-technical issues decisively, proposing sustainable solutions; Spot and nurture emerging leaders within teams, supporting their professional development; Help foster and maintaina healthy, transparent, and results-oriented work environment.RequirementsDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 6+ years of experience in development roles and at least 2 years in leadership positions on critical and complex projects; Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to ensure quality and stability; Experience drafting and negotiating technical and commercial proposals; Excellent multi-team planning and management skills (capacity, deadlines, task assignment); Strong communication andinterpersonal skills,
