ppWe’re a global engineering, management, and development consultancy.br/Our purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes in everything we do, relentlessly focusing on excellence and digital innovation, transforming our clients’ businesses, our communities and employee opportunities. /p pA fundamental part of this is respecting each person’s differences and striving to meet their needs. /p pOwing to continued growth and high demand for our services in Italy, we are looking for a Solar PV Project Manager to join our global energy team in our Genova office.br/You will lead the delivery of Solar PV owner’s engineering projects for clients in Italy and worldwide, ensuring they appropriately resourced, delivered on time and budget as well as supporting our client to increase the project value whilst reducing the risks. This would include coordination of internal MM and external resource where applicable, deliverable reviews and origination (where applicable) and acceptance, budget and time adherence, client liaison and internal reporting. The role may also involve preparation of bids for new work and participation on other advisory projects as need be. /p pThis is a permanent role and will offer excellent prospects for career development involving different power generation technologies (wind, PV, CSP, BESS…) mainly renewable energy projects. /p h3Role responsibilities /h3 h31. Project Management /h3 ul liGuide and manage PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met. /li liDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. /li liCoordinate with internal teams, Client Stakeholders external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. /li liProvide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. /li liEnsure engineering designs, specifications, and drawings are reviewed and approved. /li liManage site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability. /li liEnsure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices. /li liProvide local know how and guidance to the team. /li /ul h33. Technical Support /h3 ul liSupport preparation of technical specifications and tender documents for procurement of equipment and services.



/li liEvaluate bids and proposals from contractors and suppliers. /li liProvide technical assistance during construction, commissioning, and operational phases. /li liManage preparation of performance assessments and troubleshooting of PV systems. /li /ul h34. Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and local communities. /li liRepresent the company in technical discussions and negotiations. /li liEnsure transparent and timely communication with all project stakeholders. /li /ul h35. Quality Assurance /h3 ul liImplement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. /li liConduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications. /li liManage the commissioning and acceptance testing of PV systems. /li liBachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial) or a cognate discipline; relevant master's degree is not mandatory but preferable. /li liExperience in Project Management /li liDesirable working knowledge of Solar PV development in Italy /li liWorking knowledge of Solar PV development. /li liKnowledge of the relevant Solar PV design codes and certification requirements. /li liFamiliarity with PVsyst or other modelling software /li liFamiliar with international and local standards, codes, and regulations. /li liProactivity and problem-solving attitude. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liProficiency in English both written and verbal. /li liDemonstrable experience of project management of other disciplines. /li liAPQ /li liExcellent IT skills particularly MS Excel/Word/Project and PowerPoint. /li liSelf-motivation, ability to use own initiative, flexible, problem solving approach.



/li liExperience of working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment. /li liAbility to communicate clearly concisely in English, both verbally written and ability to explain technical issues to non-engineers, including Clients. /li liAbility to produce and review technical reports for clients, so attention to detail is paramount. /li liAbility to chair and present at meetings. /li /ul pWe are actively recruiting a diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve.
