In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for the stability, compliance, and continuous optimization of the SAP HCM PA/OM and the associated integration landscape, operating both local and global environments. /p pYou will act as the key technical authority and trusted partner to PC stakeholders, ensuring compliant, efficient, and well-integrated core HR processes. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 pAct as the primary technical owner and referent for SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) for Gerrmany. /p pTake end-to-end responsibility for the HR interface landscape, including: /p ul liIntegration with internal and external systems like Finance, identity and access management, global PC systems and Bafin /li liMonitoring, error analysis, and coordination of incident resolution /li liData consistency, reconciliation, and interface documentation /li /ul pServe as a key liaison between PC business referents and IT, translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and /p padvising on best practices. /p pManage regular and ad-hoc operational activities, including: /p ul liEmployee lifecycle processes (hire, change, transfer, termination) /li liOrganizational structure maintenance and governance /li liImplementation and testing of legal change packages, HR support packages, and SAP Notes relevant to PA/OM /li /ul pEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance, especially related to GDPR and audit requirements.



/p pOwn incident and problem management for PA, OM, and interfaces, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation. /p pCollaborate closely with SAP Basis, integration, and downstream system teams to proactively monitor system performance and interface /p h3What you'll need to succeed /h3 p8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM on premise (ECC 6.0, EHP8) in complex environments. /p pSenior Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA): /p ul liEmployee master data and infotypes, including company-specific enhancements/custom-tables /li liPersonal actions and workflows /li liData Governance and authorization concepts /li /ul pOrganizational Management (OM): Organizational structures, jobs, positions, and relationships, including company-specific enhancements, Structural authorizations/roles /p pInterfaces and Integrations (inbound/outbound) /p ul liIDocs, ALE, BAPIs, file-based and middleware-driven interfaces /li liMonitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation of HR data flows /li /ul pDevelopment Skills: Advance SAP HCM Customizing in PA and OM, ABAP development, incl.
