ph3Overview /h3 pThe Facility Manager is responsible for managing the Poltrona Frau in Motion Business Unit’s physical facilities and premises. In coordination with the Poltrona Frau Engineering Facilities Manager, he oversees all activities related to routine and extraordinary maintenance of the BU’s buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas. The position is responsible for managing the assigned budget and monitoring the performance of external service providers; works closely with other company functions to ensure that the working environment remains efficient, welcoming, and compliant with the required quality standards. The position reports hierarchically to the Poltrona Frau Engineering Facilities Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage routine and extraordinary maintenance of buildings, outdoor areas, plant systems, and facility-related equipment (e.g., air compressors, heating and cooling systems, electrical substations, photovoltaic systems) /li liCollaborate with the Indirect Procurement Department in the preparation of service contracts and oversee the proper delivery and management of outsourced services /li liCoordinate renovation, refurbishment, and workplace adaptation projects within company facilities /li liIn coordination with the Poltrona Frau Engineering Facilities Manager, manage the assigned budget and optimize operating costs by proactively proposing alternative and/or innovative materials, processes, and technologies for facility management /li liManage building access control systems and physical security measures, including CCTV systems, security services, and intrusion detection systems /li liIn coordination with the Poltrona Frau Engineering Facilities Manager,



develop and manage facility layouts and support continuous improvement initiatives related to facility management /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liPreferred educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline /li liStrong knowledge of regulations related to occupational health and safety (Legislative Decree 81/08), environmental compliance, and facilities management /li liExperience in industrialization activities /li liProficiency in the main Microsoft Office and office automation software packages /li liKnowledge and use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks /li liPreferred knowledge of the English language /li liKnowledge of methods and cycle time analysis /li liUnderstanding of value analysis techniques /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liStrong problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work effectively in teams and achieve objectives /li liCustomer-oriented mindset, with a focus on both internal and external stakeholders /li liInnovative thinking and a proactive approach to improvement /li liExcellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills /li /ul h3Workplace /h3 pTolentino /p h3Conditions /h3 pThe position offers a Quadro classification with a gross annual salary of € plus health insurance, in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
