The position collaborates with the Procurement team, as well as with suppliers and external professionals, to ensure the effective execution of the planned activities, while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with contractual and environmental objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the implementation of ZEB projects throughout all operational phases /liliMonitor and ensure work progress in compliance with timelines and quality standards of execution /liliManage the project budget and control project costs and revenues /liliEnsure that the relationship between the Works Director and the executing contractors is carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions /liliSupport the Administration department in managing supplier payments and active invoicing /liliEnsure proper interaction with suppliers and subcontractors /liliCollect documentation required for technical regulatory compliance in accordance with company standards /liliSupport communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle /li /ulh3Key Activities /h3ulliOperational project planning in collaboration with the Project Manager, Supervisor, and the Works Director /liliPhysical and financial progress monitoring /liliManagement of project documentation and reporting /liliCoordination with the Construction Manager (designer) and suppliers /liliCollection of declaration of conformity documentation, certifications, and testing records /liliManagement of final handover and project close-out /li /ulh3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /h3ulliGross Margin (net of bank interest) /liliMilestones completed within deadlines – project progress /liliCash-in/cash-out according to budget – collections and payments /liliCustomer satisfaction /li /ulh3Salary Range /h3p40,000 – 80,000 per year.
