ph3Cruise Director Assistant on Aqua Blu (Indonesia) /h3pThe role of the Assistant Cruise Director is to support the Cruise Director in delivering seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences in line with our luxury service standards. This includes assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating guest services, and stepping in to lead in the Cruise Director’s absence when required. The role also plays an active part in promoting environmental and social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with Aqua Expeditions’ commitment to sustainability, conservation, and community engagement. Overall, the Assistant Cruise Director contributes to maintaining a high standard of service while supporting the team’s mission both onboard and beyond. /ph3Day to Day /h3ulliIn constant communication with the captain and navigation crew to verify the passengers' experience on excursions. /liliComplements the Cruise Director's report with missing information about guest requests. /liliSupervises the proper fulfilment of the team's respective functions. /liliOversees breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other services for guests. /liliMonitors guest satisfaction and needs on board. /liliWelcomes guests on embarkation days and after each excursion.



/liliSupervises the guide's presentation of the program. /liliProvides the Cruise Director with the necessary information for the operational report on incidents. /liliHas comment cards available and correctly fills them out with guests’ and service crew's names. /liliHandles closing the consumption points of sale (POS). /liliManages special boutique offers in coordination with the Cruise Director. /liliReplaces the Cruise Director when necessary. /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3ulliTechnical or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Hospitality or Tourism Management. /liliMinimum 2 years of work experience in luxury hospitality or cruise industry. /liliProven track record of leadership with a minimum of 1 year of experience. /liliFluent English communication skills. /liliProficient in computer skills and numeracy. /liliCompetence in swimming. /liliYou enjoy speaking and sharing your knowledge with customers. /liliCustomer Service capabilities, able to deal with a variety of clients and strong multi-tasking skills. /liliAttention to detail and ability to plan ahead. /li /ulpApply Now and Let's Shape the Future Together! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
