In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective customer support through multiple channelsDiagnose and resolve technical and account-related issuesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experienceWork towards individual and team performance targetsRequirementsNative-level German (minimum C1)
